System Engineering Section Leader (M5)

This leader will supervise approximately 10–15 systems engineers within RTX’s Effectors engineering organization. Responsibilities include assigning meaningful work, developing employee goals and careers, evaluating performance, recruiting talent, and building an effective collaborative team. The position also includes individual-contributor duties involving systems engineering problem solving, program execution, and proposal or capture support. It is suited to an experienced engineering manager with missile-systems expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work across technical teams, departments, and customers. The job is performed onsite in Tucson and requires U.S. citizenship with an active Secret clearance.
