Associate Director, International Supply Chain Sourcing Strategy

This leader develops country- and supplier-level sourcing strategies and turns them into recommendations for senior decision-makers. The role coordinates with supply chain, operations, business units, trade, engineering, and requirements teams to resolve complex international tradeoffs and advance supplier selection, readiness, and onboarding. It also oversees strategic international supplier relationships, capture support, offsets, localization, co-production, and second-source initiatives. The position includes building team capability, improving processes and digital tools, maintaining supplier capability data, and guiding cross-functional programs through evaluation and execution. It suits an experienced aerospace and defense strategy, operations, program management, or supply chain leader who can influence executives, operate across countries, and manage ambiguity. U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance are required, with approximately 5–25% travel.
