Test Capacity Planner

This position is part of onsemi’s global Assembly/Test Capacity and Strategic Planning function, partnering with supply chain, business units, engineering, and manufacturing teams worldwide. The planner evaluates demand, factory performance, and available resources to support quarterly supply reviews and longer-term strategic planning. Responsibilities include shaping capacity expansion cases, improving resource allocation, supporting test-time reduction and platform migration efforts, and developing system-based planning solutions. The role also contributes to process improvement and influences manufacturing and product engineering priorities. It suits an experienced semiconductor professional with strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills who is comfortable working in a global environment.
