Systems Engineer I (Onsite)

This engineer will help manage the lifecycle support of both developmental and legacy products, including depot intake, repairs, spares, shipping, and plant clearance activities. The role works across Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, Test, Materials, Structural, operations, and logistics functions to address repair needs and remove workflow bottlenecks. Responsibilities also include supportability assessments, inventory and substitution recommendations, technical and program reviews, failure investigations, and warranty-related work. The position is suited to an early-career engineer with a STEM degree, systems design exposure, and interest in sustainment, logistics, and complex defense products. The work is primarily onsite in Tucson and requires U.S. citizenship plus the ability to obtain the required DoD and Special Access Program clearances.
