Critical Facilities Maintenance Technician

This role is part of the data center facilities operations team and helps maintain both critical infrastructure and general building systems. Responsibilities include supporting HVAC, generators, plumbing, fire protection, access control, surveillance, building management, and other mechanical or electronic systems. The technician also tracks preventive and corrective work orders, inspects the property for hazards, maintains tools and inventory, and performs basic repairs using common power and hand tools. The position may involve shift adjustments, overtime, weekend work, ladder use, and lifting heavy items. It is suited to a hands-on maintenance professional with facility experience, basic computer skills, and an interest in supporting mission-critical infrastructure.
