Certinia Implementation Consultant

This position sits within Axon’s Professional Services organization and owns the ongoing administration and technical development of Certinia integrated with Salesforce. The consultant will translate operational needs into scalable configurations, workflows, reports, integrations, and process improvements while maintaining data quality, security, and system performance. Collaboration will span Professional Services, Finance, Operations, Salesforce, and IT, including support for testing, releases, training, and change adoption. The role suits someone with hands-on Salesforce and PSA experience who can manage systems independently, solve business problems, and communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders. It is based in a designated Axon hub with a hybrid onsite schedule.
