Business Analyst

This analyst will examine business processes, data relationships, and workflows to identify inefficiencies, clarify requirements, and shape future-state tools and operating models. The position partners with business, UX, product, and engineering stakeholders to evaluate automation opportunities, refine features, resolve issues, and incorporate customer feedback. Responsibilities also include coordinating or conducting prototype testing and UAT, monitoring data quality, and helping ensure solutions meet documented needs. On smaller initiatives, the analyst may manage scope, schedules, quality, and project reporting while supporting multiple efforts at once. The role suits an experienced business analyst with strong process improvement, data analysis, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities who can work effectively across technical and business teams.
