Training Manager, Adaptive Control (US)

This manager will coordinate the daily delivery of Adaptive Control courses, including scheduling, logistics, instructor support, quality assurance, and post-course follow-up. Working within Global Training Services and reporting to Training Operations leadership, the role helps guide an instructor and coach network while partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and international teams. The position also contributes to curriculum design, certification programs, customer and host-agency growth, and performance-based improvements. It suits an experienced law enforcement or military training professional with strong combatives or defensive-tactics expertise, credibility as an active practitioner, and the ability to manage complex programs independently. The role is based onsite at an Axon hub Tuesday through Friday and requires travel approximately half of the time.
