Kinaxis IT Analyst

As part of the RTX Enterprise Services team, this analyst sustains Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro and connected applications used across manufacturing and planning operations. The work includes managing SAP data integrations, maintaining configurations and planning workbooks, monitoring dashboards and workflows, and reviewing MRP and capacity-planning outputs. The analyst partners with business process experts, developers, and other IT staff to gather requirements, design solutions, test changes, and support deployments. This person also provides ongoing assistance to a distributed user community and may travel to Raytheon locations when needed. The position suits an experienced Kinaxis and SAP professional with strong knowledge of production planning, materials management, system integration, and independent problem solving.
