Manager, Commodity Management and Sourcing

This remote position leads IOT procurement activities within Raytheon’s Operations and Supply Chain organization, overseeing contract administration, specifications, statements of work, and supplier delivery performance. The manager develops execution plans, tracks actions, escalates risks, and works with suppliers and Raytheon stakeholders to resolve manufacturing, material, technical, and resource challenges. The role requires building trust with supplier teams and executives while aligning performance improvements with broader program and business priorities. It suits an experienced procurement, commodity management, supplier performance, or program management professional who can influence across a matrixed organization and operate independently. U.S. citizenship or other qualifying U.S. person status is required, along with domestic travel and strong communication, analytical, leadership, and negotiation skills.
