The Production Program Manager directs execution of RAM GMRP production contracts, including U.S. Navy, Foreign Military Sales, Direct Commercial Sales, and subcontracted German program work. This leader coordinates operations, engineering, supply chain, contracts, finance, and quality to achieve schedule, performance, margin, and annual operating plan goals. The position owns financial results for firm-fixed-price contracts, leads risk mitigation, supports future production proposals, and maintains relationships with government customers, suppliers, and industry partners. It also includes mentoring cross-functional personnel and communicating program status and decisions to senior leadership. This onsite Tucson opportunity suits an experienced defense production program leader who is comfortable managing complex international stakeholders, financial accountability, and fast-paced operational priorities.
