Senior Director, Enterprise Applications

This senior leadership role focuses on architecting and executing Axon's enterprise Salesforce strategy in a high-growth B2B environment. You'll own the multi-year platform roadmap, lead the Quote-to-Cash transformation that modernizes how the company moves from opportunity through revenue recognition, and establish the strategy for integrating AI capabilities to enhance seller and operations productivity. The role requires building and managing a team of technologists while serving as the primary liaison between Axon's business leadership and Salesforce, making strategic decisions about architecture, governance, budgets, and vendor relationships. This position suits experienced enterprise technology leaders who have successfully scaled Salesforce implementations at the director level, have deep technical fluency across modern cloud platforms, and excel at translating complex technical decisions into business value for C-suite stakeholders.
