Senior Director, Enterprise Applications

This role owns the long-term direction and performance of Axon’s Salesforce ecosystem, including CRM, CPQ, billing, service, experience, and related enterprise integrations. The leader will drive a company-wide Quote-to-Cash transformation and identify practical uses of AI to improve productivity for sales, service, and operations teams. Responsibilities include developing the organization, establishing architecture and security standards, improving delivery practices, managing budgets and vendor relationships, and defining success metrics. The position works closely with executive stakeholders and Salesforce representatives to align technology investments with business growth. It suits an experienced enterprise technology executive who has scaled Salesforce in a complex B2B environment and can combine deep technical judgment with strong organizational and executive leadership.
