Senior Strategic Technical Program Manager – Foundry Customer Programs

This position leads complex customer programs supporting Intel’s foundry business and IDM 2.0 strategy. The program manager translates customer needs into coordinated execution plans spanning design, fabrication, assembly and test, logistics, and delivery. They establish governance, monitor milestones and risks, guide capacity and demand planning, and drive corrective actions across a highly matrixed organization. The role also involves advising customers on technical and manufacturing decisions, handling escalations, and communicating status to senior leaders. It suits an experienced semiconductor or advanced manufacturing professional who can combine technical understanding, strategic judgment, and influence without direct authority.
