Senior Strategic Technical Program Manager – Foundry Customer Programs

This position leads complex customer programs supporting Intel’s foundry business and IDM 2.0 strategy. The program manager translates customer needs into coordinated execution plans spanning design, fabrication, assembly and test, logistics, and delivery. The role also involves advising customers on technical and manufacturing decisions, handling escalations, and communicating status to senior leaders. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field and 8+ years of experience; advanced degree preferred8+ years in semiconductor, foundry, or advanced manufacturing environmentsExperience leading complex cross-functional customer programsStrong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing and supply chain operationsExperience with foundry customers or fabless semiconductor companies preferredAbility to influence stakeholders without direct authority in matrixed organizations
