Program Manager, Onsite Generation Projects

This position manages end-to-end programs involving technologies such as gas turbines, geothermal systems, fuel cells, and small modular reactors. It coordinates engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, financial control, and governance across internal teams and external partners. The manager will shape the growing onsite generation function, develop standards, negotiate major EPC agreements, and build strategic relationships with contractors and suppliers. Success requires strong leadership across multidisciplinary teams and the ability to align development, legal, finance, operations, supply chain, and engineering stakeholders. It suits an experienced power-generation professional who is comfortable leading complex infrastructure work, influencing senior partners, and traveling frequently to support project execution.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in engineering, construction, energy management, or a related field8+ years of power generation project experience, including 2+ years of onsite construction experienceCommissioning experience preferredExperience leading multidisciplinary engineering or project teamsKnowledge of power-generation construction schedules and project deliveryAbility to travel up to 50% as needed
