Principal Specialist, Contracts (Remote)

This position sits within the Ships, Systems, and Integration portfolio and provides contracts leadership across new business proposals and active customer programs. The specialist will advise program leadership on contract terms, obligations, changes, correspondence, and risks while helping ensure negotiated agreements follow RTX policies. Success requires close collaboration with portfolio directors, program managers, engineering, finance, supply chain, and external customers. The role offers exposure to government and commercial contracting, development and production programs, foreign military sales, subcontracting, and business management reviews. It suits an experienced contracts or business professional who can analyze complex issues, negotiate effectively, and work confidently in a regulated aerospace and defense environment.
