Senior Engineer II - Validation

This position supports Microchip’s Mix-Signal and Linear Division by validating products such as converters, sensors, references, and other analog ICs. The engineer develops validation strategies, designs analog test boards, builds automated test environments, and evaluates device behavior across operating conditions. Responsibilities include using laboratory instrumentation, Python, and LabVIEW to identify issues, determine root causes, and guide design improvements. The role also contributes technical data to datasheets, application notes, design reviews, and formal validation reports. It is well suited to an experienced electrical engineer who can lead projects, work with international engineering teams, and operate effectively both independently and collaboratively.
