The Lead I, Sustainability role is centered on executing and managing critical supply chain sustainability programs within a global semiconductor company. The role involves orchestrating annual ESG disclosure cycles such as CDP reporting, conducting and analyzing supplier health and safety audits, aggregating ESG data, and monitoring supply chain risks through specialized platforms. Reporting to the Senior Director of ESG, this position serves as the operational backbone of the sustainability function, ensuring suppliers meet environmental, health, and labor standards while ASM maintains compliance with emerging regulations like EU packaging directives. This role suits data-driven professionals who are detail-oriented, can manage complex stakeholder relationships, and want to drive meaningful environmental and social impact within a large, globally-distributed supply chain.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in ESG program management, EHS, or supply chain sustainabilityExperience with health and safety auditing, preferably RBA and/or ISO 45001 frameworksBachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety, Sustainability, or related fieldStrong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines and data qualityAbility to communicate compliance requirements clearly to suppliers and internal partnersFamiliarity with semiconductor supply chain and RBA standards (preferred)
