Project Manager, Global Spares Business Operations

This position sits within ASM’s Global Spares team and manages projects from initial planning through implementation and stabilization. The successful candidate will establish project plans and governance, monitor risks, resolve issues, and maintain alignment among Service, Planning, Customer Support, Logistics, and other groups. The role also identifies process improvements using operational data, supports standardization, and strengthens project management practices across the organization. Because the position relies on influence rather than direct authority, it suits an experienced project leader who is organized, communicative, and effective at building accountability across international teams. Candidates with backgrounds in semiconductor equipment, manufacturing, service parts, supply chain, logistics, or business transformation may be especially well suited.
