Manager, Production Control

This role leads depot production control activities for the Tucson airport-site factories within Raytheon’s Integrated Manufacturing Center. The position monitors work-in-progress, material availability, bills of material, inventory, and shop capacity while creating or adjusting work orders to support production demand. It also manages the movement and lifecycle of materials, including explosive components, and partners with engineering to maintain accurate production data. Success requires cross-functional coordination and the ability to address shortages, delays, and other operational problems quickly. The opportunity is suited to an experienced manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or operations professional with team leadership experience and familiarity with MRP or ERP systems.
