Senior Engineer II, Plasma Sensing Systems

This engineer will shape reliability strategies and validation plans for plasma sensing subsystems from early design through sustaining engineering. They will lead failure investigations, root-cause analysis, reliability modeling, accelerated testing, and field-performance reviews, using data to guide design and product decisions. The position works across mechanical, electrical, firmware, software, manufacturing, supplier, customer, and field teams to coordinate complex engineering initiatives. It also includes communicating technical findings to varied stakeholders, supporting release decisions, and developing less experienced engineers. The role is well suited to an experienced systems or reliability engineer with strong technical leadership skills and interest in plasma diagnostics, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, and multidisciplinary problem solving.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, reliability engineering, or a related technical fieldExperience in reliability, systems engineering, product development, qualification, or similar workTrack record leading complex technical projects and cross-functional teamsAdvanced failure analysis and root-cause analysis experienceExperience creating and executing reliability testing and qualification programsKnowledge of plasma sensing, diagnostics, semiconductor equipment, or related technologies preferred
