Principal Proposal Analyst - Material - Onsite

This position is part of RTX’s Material Estimating Organization, which prepares contract proposals and supports reviews, audits, and customer negotiations. The analyst leads material basis-of-estimate development, analyzes pricing inputs, reviews supplier quotations and purchase order history, and builds complete, defensible material cost packages. The work requires close collaboration with program, procurement, finance, and other business functions while using company estimating tools. It suits an experienced estimating, pricing, finance, or business professional who is highly analytical, organized, communicative, and comfortable working under proposal deadlines. The Tucson role is fully onsite and involves classified work, requiring an active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.
