Business Operations Analyst

This position supports business unit operations from new product introduction through product discontinuation and potential reactivation. The analyst coordinates Product Change Notifications, qualification documentation, approval workflows, implementation activities, and savings realization while partnering with engineering, quality, marketing, planning, and project teams. They also evaluate product portfolios, manage end-of-life activities and last-time-buy requirements, identify replacement products, and assess opportunities to revive discontinued devices. In addition, the role maintains the product data management system, verifies technical and supply-chain information, and drives improvements that reduce cycle time and close process gaps. It suits an organized, technically minded professional who can manage large-scale programs, communicate across global teams, and use data to support operational decisions.
