Vendor Manager/Professional Services Axon 911

This position manages the complete lifecycle of professional services and other strategic vendors, from sourcing and onboarding through governance, performance reviews, and renewal or improvement plans. The role partners with Operations, Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, Engineering, IT, and deployment teams to ensure suppliers meet business, customer, compliance, and delivery needs. It also establishes KPIs, SLAs, scorecards, escalation processes, and documentation practices while leading negotiations and supplier-led projects. The position suits an experienced vendor, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain leader who can influence executives, manage ambiguity, and improve cost, quality, accountability, and resilience in a fast-moving environment. The work supports Axon 911’s mission to modernize emergency response technology and public safety operations.
