Summer 2027 Internship: Construction Project Development Engineer

The Construction Project Development Engineer intern will help the development team manage activities associated with planning and delivering data center construction projects. Responsibilities include tracking costs and schedules, preparing project updates, supporting permits and entitlements, developing service scopes, and reviewing change orders, submittals, and pricing. The role may also involve property due diligence and improving project management procedures. It is suited to a currently enrolled student pursuing engineering, construction management, business, finance, or another related discipline who is interested in large-scale infrastructure and project delivery. Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills are important, and experience with tools such as Bluebeam, SolidWorks, Tableau, Power BI, or programming languages is advantageous.
