Sr. Technical Program Manager I - Enterprise

This position leads multiple enterprise programs from initial planning through deployment, customer acceptance, and ongoing adoption. Working within Enterprise Professional Services, the program manager partners with Product, Engineering, Sales, Services, customers, and external partners to turn complex needs into executable plans. The role requires strong judgment, structured execution, and clear communication across executive, technical, and frontline audiences, often while traveling to customer sites. It is well suited to an experienced program leader who has delivered large, multi-stakeholder SaaS or hardware-enabled initiatives and can remain effective amid ambiguity and pressure. The successful candidate will also improve delivery processes, develop scalable execution practices, and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
