Training Manager, Digital and Evidence Solutions

This role owns the development and delivery of training for products including Evidence.com, Digital Interview Room, body-worn cameras, Axon Investigate, and emerging AI capabilities. The manager creates scalable learning materials, delivers in-person and virtual instruction, supports enterprise deployments, and improves programs using adoption and learner feedback data. They also help standardize delivery quality, develop instructor capacity, coordinate with international training groups, and align enablement plans with product launches and customer needs. The position reports to Training Operations, has no direct reports, is based onsite at a designated hub Tuesday through Friday, and requires travel roughly half the time. It suits an experienced trainer, instructional designer, or customer enablement professional who is comfortable with SaaS and technical products, can engage varied audiences, and understands or is interested in public safety and digital evidence technology.
