Senior Capacity Planner

This position sits within onsemi’s global supply chain planning organization and works closely with new product development, technology teams, factories, Industrial Engineering, and Finance. The planner will build and maintain equipment and capacity data, evaluate tool requirements, and support decisions about retaining, replacing, or investing in manufacturing assets. Success requires improving planning processes, identifying risks early, and influencing stakeholders across international teams. The role is well suited to a self-directed professional with strong semiconductor operations knowledge, analytical skills, and experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives.
