Senior Manager, Tax Technology

This role combines tax operations expertise with technology leadership to modernize Axon's global tax function. You'll partner with tax and finance teams to identify automation opportunities, evaluate end-to-end processes, and architect solutions using tools like D365, Salesforce, Vertex O Series, and Snowflake. The position requires someone who thinks systemically about how data and platforms interconnect, balances business needs with technical constraints, and can move quickly to deliver practical improvements. You'll collaborate across functions—Tax, Finance, IT—to support operations in both manufacturing and SaaS contexts across multiple international markets. This position suits candidates with strong technical fluency and process improvement experience who also understand tax fundamentals well enough to ask the right questions and communicate across both business and technology stakeholders.
