OSC Strategy Associate Director

This position sits within Raytheon’s Operations and Supply Chain Strategy organization and serves as a bridge between program requirements and manufacturing execution. The associate director develops factory strategies, capacity roadmaps, capital plans, and business cases that support future production across products and sites. They also guide new product transitions, facility and process improvement efforts, and cross-location initiatives in a matrixed environment. Success requires balancing operational constraints with financial objectives, customer expectations, and program commitments while communicating recommendations to executive leaders. It is well suited to an experienced operations, manufacturing, supply chain, strategy, or program leader with strong analytical, financial, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
