Sr. Manager, Environmental Health Safety (EHS)

The Sr. Manager, EHS leads a newly established team responsible for creating a comprehensive safety and environmental compliance program for a state-of-the-art semiconductor manufacturing facility. The role encompasses occupational safety, industrial hygiene, environmental permitting and compliance (air, water, waste), emergency preparedness, hazardous materials management, and sustainability initiatives across a complex high-tech operation. This position partners closely with site leadership, facilities, engineering, and operations teams to embed EHS requirements into facility design, equipment systems, and operational procedures from the ground up. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who can develop team capability, simplify complex regulatory requirements, and drive a strong safety culture in a fast-moving startup environment.
