Principal Specialist- Benefits

This position serves as a key contact for employees seeking guidance on benefit plans and related concerns. It assists with corporate benefits initiatives, annual U.S. open enrollment, new hire education, provider coordination, and employee benefit events. The specialist also manages the internal leave of absence process and applies knowledge of federal and state requirements, including FMLA and ADA obligations. The role is part of the Human Resources function and works closely with the Senior Benefits Manager while balancing independent responsibilities.
