Staff Wireless Software Engineer

This Staff Wireless Software Engineer position is a hands-on technical leadership role at Axon responsible for architecting and implementing wireless protocol stacks and real-time communication systems used by first responders worldwide. The engineer will work across multiple wireless technologies (LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, mesh networks) to solve complex performance challenges around latency, reliability, and power consumption in field-deployed systems.
