Director of Video Production

This role serves as the operational backbone of Axon's video production function, responsible for shepherding projects through the complete production lifecycle from initial brief to final delivery. You'll manage both the logistical and creative coordination across internal teams, freelance crews, and external production partners, ensuring alignment with the company's creative vision and brand standards. The position reports to the Executive Creative Director and works across marketing, product, sales, and communications to deliver content that communicates Axon's mission to law enforcement agencies, city leaders, and the public.
