Director of Video Production

This director will oversee video projects from initial brief through final delivery, partnering with creative, marketing, product, sales, and communications teams. The position manages internal production staff as well as freelance crews, agencies, editors, and production companies, including shoot logistics and on-set coordination. It also owns financial tracking, contracts, releases, vendor relationships, and process improvements across the production function. The role is based in Seattle, Boston, or Scottsdale and requires in-person work four days each week. It would suit an experienced producer who is highly organized, commercially aware, comfortable managing complex stakeholders, and motivated by work connected to public safety, technology, or mission-driven brands.
