Sr. Manager, SOC Verification

This senior leadership position sits within the dsPIC Microcontroller Business Unit and is responsible for the functional verification of complex SoCs incorporating ARM and proprietary processor architectures. The manager directs a team of more than 20 verification engineers, sets verification plans and infrastructure, and coordinates coverage, regressions, assertions, and sign-off through tape-out. Success requires close collaboration with architecture, RTL, DSP, physical design, and post-silicon teams to address integration and implementation risks. The role also promotes automation, scripting, reusable testbench design, and emerging AI-assisted verification methods. It suits an experienced SoC verification leader with substantial MCU tape-out experience, strong technical depth, and a record of building and guiding global engineering teams.
