Digital Technology Senior Project Manager (Classified\Unclassified)

The Digital Technology Senior Project Manager leads the execution and delivery of technology initiatives across both classified and unclassified Raytheon environments using agile and waterfall methodologies. The role manages complex, multi-stakeholder projects that integrate digital capabilities with enterprise programs, facility deployments, and real estate initiatives while maintaining strict compliance with DFARS, CMMC, RMF, and other defense standards. This position requires partnering across engineering, security, cyber, infrastructure, and program leadership teams to deliver secure, compliant solutions. The manager owns financial tracking through EVMS/CAM, maintains roadmaps in Planview and Jira, and drives continuous improvement through lessons learned and process standardization. This role is ideal for experienced project managers with deep understanding of defense contractor operations, classified project management, and the ability to influence multiple cross-functional teams toward integrated delivery outcomes.
