Hyperscale Project Manager

This position partners with Hyperscale Project Executives and multiple internal functions to move concurrent mega-data center projects through their full life cycle. Responsibilities include translating lease, financing, incentive, design, and construction documents into actionable project requirements, as well as helping develop schedules, budgets, and financial projections. The manager monitors changes, payments, milestones, customer commitments, and closeout activities, while presenting project information to executives, stakeholders, and customers. The role also supports financing due diligence and coordinates transition to operations and security teams. It suits an analytical, organized project professional with experience in data center infrastructure, real estate development, construction, transaction management, or related environments.
