Principal Systems and Integration Engineer

This engineer works within RTX’s Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities organization, helping integrate and validate complex effector systems across development and production programs. Responsibilities span requirements refinement, design verification, test planning and execution, Cameo-based system modeling, data analysis, and investigation of hardware, software, and system failures. The position involves coordinating with engineering, quality, finance, supply chain, customers, and technical leadership while preparing documentation and presentations for reviews and test events. Work may occur at company facilities, test ranges, suppliers, or customer locations, with the primary assignment onsite in Tucson, Arizona.
