This role works within RTX’s Configuration Management and Data Management organization, partnering with engineering, program, quality, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and customer-facing teams. The analyst assists with configuration identification, change control, status accounting, audits, and maintenance of reliable product baselines. They will review technical change information, help resolve discrepancies, and support consistent processes across systems and documentation. The position is suited to a business graduate who is organized, comfortable working across functions, and interested in developing expertise in configuration management within aerospace and defense. U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance are required for this onsite Tucson position.
