Defect Metrology Engineer

This engineer works within Intel’s semiconductor technology and yield development organization to understand defect modes and remove their impact on production yield. Responsibilities include building data-driven yield models, creating inspection and measurement recipes, evaluating process and specification limits, and supporting new product introductions.
