AI Training Program Lead

This position leads the strategy, design, governance, and expansion of technical and functional AI education programs across Intel. It works with HR learning teams, engineers, product leaders, subject matter experts, instructional designers, and external vendors to develop tiered learning paths, hands-on materials, and multiple delivery formats. The lead will align training to employee personas, workflows, technology needs, and evolving product roadmaps while managing feedback and continuous improvement. Success requires measuring engagement, skill development, and learner progression through reporting and dashboards, potentially including Power BI. The role is well suited to an experienced technology program leader with strong curriculum development, vendor management, facilitation, and cross-functional change leadership skills.
