Finance Transformation AI Lead

This role leads the development of AI-enabled solutions across Axon's Finance function, translating business needs into technical implementations that improve efficiency and decision-making. You'll work hands-on with Finance stakeholders to understand their processes, rapidly prototype solutions using modern AI tools, and deliver production-ready automations, analytics, and AI workflows. The position requires strong technical skills in SQL, Python, and AI-assisted development platforms combined with the ability to quickly learn business domains and partner effectively with non-technical users.
