Senior Manager, Environmental Health & Safety

This leader will oversee Axon’s global EHS strategy across manufacturing, distribution, research, office, and other operational sites. Responsibilities include establishing governance standards, assessing and reducing risks, managing audits and reporting, and directing incident investigations and corrective actions. The position also develops training, supports site safety committees, and advises senior leaders on regulatory exposure and mitigation priorities. Success requires close collaboration with Operations, Facilities, Manufacturing, Legal, and other stakeholders in a highly regulated, government-facing business. It suits an experienced EHS professional who has led multi-site programs, understands complex environmental and occupational safety requirements, and can combine strategic leadership with practical execution.
