Anlyst, Procurement

This role leads procurement activities from supplier identification and qualification through negotiation, award, and ongoing performance management. The analyst evaluates pricing, schedules, contractual terms, and supplier value while ensuring adherence to federal acquisition rules, RTX policies, and export requirements. The position works closely with suppliers, program teams, senior leaders, Legal, and export/import specialists to support critical milestones. It suits an organized procurement professional who can balance strategic sourcing with daily execution in a fast-moving environment. Strong communication, judgment, negotiation ability, and familiarity with SAP-based purchasing systems would be especially valuable.
