Manager, Manufacturing Solutions and Integration

This role manages a US-based team while coordinating with manufacturing, IT, engineering, finance, planning, and regional operations groups across Asia. The leader will guide the integration of systems and processes following acquisitions or divestitures and establish consistent global standards for manufacturing data, architecture, and workflows. They will advance a modern, data-focused manufacturing model using technologies such as cloud platforms, automation, and AI-enabled insights. The position also connects MES, PLM, ERP, and planning capabilities to improve measures such as cycle time, throughput, OEE, and work-in-process visibility. It suits an experienced semiconductor manufacturing or operations leader who can manage complex transformation programs, influence across a matrixed international organization, and communicate effectively with executives.
