Development Program Manager (Data Center Construction TFO)

This position manages multiple data center development projects from early planning through construction closeout, including campus master planning, entitlement, procurement, commissioning, and deployment coordination. The manager serves as a central liaison among QTS stakeholders, contractors, designers, engineers, vendors, commissioning agents, and operations teams. Responsibilities include maintaining budgets and schedules, evaluating proposals, negotiating changes, overseeing contractor payments, and presenting program updates to senior leadership. The role also supports customer solution planning, site due diligence, construction security, and improvements to development processes. It suits an experienced commercial construction or development professional with strong MEP and project delivery expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel frequently.
