Mask Process/Equipment Engineer

This engineer will help establish and sustain mask-making processes and production equipment across writing, inspection, cleaning, repair, and metrology operations. Process-focused work includes designing experiments, analyzing complex results, and using statistical controls to improve precision and stability. Equipment responsibilities include bringing tools into production, resolving technical issues, improving uptime, and coordinating with suppliers on capability gaps and corrective solutions. The position supports a fast-moving, cross-functional organization and includes scheduled night shifts and weekend duty rotations.
