Program Manager, CAPEX

This position manages the information and processes needed to plan, approve, monitor, and evaluate capital expenditures. It prepares leadership materials, consolidates inputs from finance and operational teams, and tracks budgets, forecasts, approvals, spending, risks, and project progress. The manager also supports investment cases using financial measures such as ROI, NPV, and payback, while coordinating follow-ups among project owners, procurement, finance, engineering, and operations. The role contributes to standardized tools, documentation, workflows, and post-project reviews that strengthen CAPEX governance. It would suit an experienced program, finance, operations, or analytics professional who is highly organized, comfortable with detailed data, and effective at managing multiple cross-functional priorities.
