Sr. Systems Engineer - GNC Engineer, Auto Pilot Flight Controls

As a Sr. Systems Engineer specializing in guidance, navigation, and control (GNC), you'll lead the development of sophisticated flight control algorithms that power next-generation missile autopilot systems at RTX's Tucson facility. Working within the Processing, Guidance, and Control center, you'll collaborate across software, firmware, and simulation teams to architect control systems that meet demanding performance requirements across multiple aerodynamic regimes. This role suits experienced control systems engineers who combine deep technical expertise in classical and modern control theory with hands-on experience integrating embedded algorithms into complex systems, and who thrive in fast-paced defense technology environments.
