Sr. Systems Engineer - GNC Engineer, Auto Pilot Flight Controls

This engineer will join Raytheon’s Processing, Guidance, and Control organization in Tucson to support current and future missile programs. The work involves creating and refining autopilot and flight-control algorithms, integrating embedded software with system simulations, and assessing results using modeling, ground-test, and flight-test data. The engineer will also help define system architectures, requirements, technical plans, and solutions to control-system issues throughout development and integration. The position suits an experienced GNC or flight-controls professional with strong control-theory, programming, and MATLAB/Simulink skills who enjoys collaborating across software, firmware, simulation, and test disciplines. U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain an interim Secret clearance are required, and the work is performed onsite in Tucson, Arizona.
