This position joins Raytheon’s Program Planning organization in Tucson and provides onsite scheduling support for a Naval directorate program. The planner builds and updates Integrated Master Schedules in MS Project, incorporates changing contractual requirements, and ensures the plan remains traceable to production work and applicable government standards. Responsibilities also include resource and budget loading, critical path and variance analysis, what-if assessments, and support for estimate-at-completion and latest-revised-estimate activities. The role communicates schedule insights to planning leadership, program management, customers, and senior stakeholders, while maintaining a program phasing schedule in Milestones Professional. It suits an organized program planning or project management professional who can translate statements of work into executable plans, work across technical and business teams, and operate in a cleared aerospace and defense environment.
