Senior Software Engineer

The engineer will turn emerging AI capabilities into dependable applications used by public safety and education agencies. Responsibilities span Python backend services, model evaluation, retrieval and guardrails, real-time audio and telephony workflows, cloud infrastructure, observability, and privacy-focused engineering practices.
